The Story Behind the Company
Hi, I’m Jessica Lam.
I am an entrepreneur, community advocate, and lifelong lover of music and creative expression. Throughout my life, I have dedicated my time and energy to building community, organizing events, and collaborating with nonprofit organizations that uplift and support others. My work is driven by a simple belief: when we bring people together through creativity, compassion, and shared experiences, we can make a meaningful difference in the world.
Music and entertainment have always been a part of my life and my purpose. From a young age, I dreamed of engaging audiences through music while using my talents to inspire and educate others. Over the years, that dream evolved through several ventures including JC’s Music, Inc. (est. 1995), Jesimixx Productions, and my time as co-owner of Fantastic Party Palace (2013–2019). Each chapter helped shape the vision that ultimately became Jesilam Enterprises, Inc.
Jesilam Enterprises was founded in 2010, just five months after my father passed away. It was a deeply difficult time in my life; I was grieving, between jobs, and searching for direction. My father had always believed in my talents, and even in his absence, I felt his encouragement urging me forward. His pride in me inspired me to pursue my dreams and use my love of music and education to serve others.
Through my work, I aim to inspire, educate, and bring joy to people of all ages. My services include group facilitation, workshops, keynote speaking, live entertainment, children’s programs, and event planning. Whether I’m performing, teaching, or organizing an event, my goal is always the same: to create meaningful experiences that bring people together.
Life is too short not to pursue what you love. When you follow your passion, you give your best to the world and that passion becomes a gift you can share with others. I remain forever inspired by the love and support of my family, and deeply grateful that I can live my dream through Jesilam Enterprises, Inc.
