Please rate the level of service you recieved from our staff throughout the party: * the staff were FANTASTIC and my guests had a BLAST and were well-taken care of! the staff did what was expected of them and guests were pleased. I felt it could have gone better. the staff did not meet our expectations. Where was the magic? Our guests were not happy. Well, not any one person specifically. They were all pretty amazing. Not really. We'd love to know who... please let us know by name: (We'd like to acknowledge and reward them for their enthusiasm and exemplary work! ) How did we leave the performance space? Was there anything left behind? * All was left immaculate - nothing was left behind. No issues here - everything in order. Oops... looks like there was equipment left behind, can you come back to get it? Based on this experience, I would gladly recommend Fantastic Party Factory to others: * oh my stars... YES!
